- Pending transactions typically fall off once declined. If you are having any issues with a pending transaction, please contact your bank.
- We currently use USPS priority service for shipping.
- Processing time takes 2-3 business days for your order to be shipped out.
- Processing occurs Monday-Friday. (If you ordered on Friday your order will be processed on the next business day which is Monday.)
- Express Shipping Orders are 2 to 3 business days.
- Domestic Express Shipping is 2-3 business days depending on your location.
- Domestic Regular Flat Rate Shipping is 5-7 business days depending on your location.
- International Shipping is 7-10 business days depending on your location.

- If you are local to Arizona and would like to pick up your item, please make sure to have order receipt, copy of email saying order is ready, and a picture ID in order to pick up products.
- No merchandise will be given without proper identification.
- Only the person whose name is on the order is allowed to pick up.
- Your order is not ready until you receive the email stating your order is ready for pickup.
