Here are a few tips to help us provide the best experience for you:

  1. If your billing address or shipping address changes, this may cause a delay in getting your products to you. Please update us as soon as possible of any changes to your address occurs.
  2. Be sure to double check the address you are entering to make sure it is the correct address associated with your bank in order for payment to be processed.
  3. Pending transactions typically fall off once declined. If you are having any issues with a pending transaction, please contact your bank.
  4. We currently use USPS priority service for shipping.
  5. Processing time takes 2-3 business days for your order to be shipped out.
  6. Processing occurs Monday-Friday. (If you ordered on Friday your order will be processed on the next business day which is Monday.)
  7. Express Shipping Orders are 2 to 3 business days.
  8. Domestic Express Shipping is 2-3 business days depending on your location.
  9. Domestic Regular Flat Rate Shipping is 5-7 business days depending on your location.
  10. International Shipping is 7-10 business days depending on your location.
  11. We pack each package with care to ensure you receive the best.
  12. If you are local to Arizona and would like to pick up your item, please make sure to have order receipt, copy of email saying order is ready, and a picture ID in order to pick up products.
  13. No merchandise will be given without proper identification.
  14. Only the person whose name is on the order is allowed to pick up.
  15. Your order is not ready until you receive the email stating your order is ready for pickup.
